Pet Owner Online Portal
Aggie Animal Clinic provides clients with access to GreatPetCare, which is an online portal pet owners can use to see vaccine reminders and upcoming appointments. The site can also be used to send messages to the clinic. Clients can create an account through an email invitation, by scanning the QR code below, or the portal can be accessed here.

Covetrus Online Pharmacy
Aggie Animal Clinic provides clients with access to Covetrus, our online pharmacy partner. Through this website, you can order your pet’s medications, parasite prevention products, prescription and non-prescription foods, and even toys and other pet supplies, for easy home delivery. For recurring orders, Autoship with free shipping is an option. Our staff would be happy to assist you in setting up your account and showing you how to place orders.

Payment Options
Payment is due at the time of services. Deposits may be required for new client appointments and for surgical and dental procedures.
Pet Insurance can reimburse pet owners for veterinary costs, but the client is responsible for payment at the time of services. We are happy to submit records to insurance companies when requested. If there are any forms needing to be filled out or signed by our doctors, please bring those to your pet’s appointment.
CareCredit is a credit card that can be used for medical expenses, including veterinary care. Our office accepts CareCredit in the same manner as other credit cards. In order to accept payment in the office using a CareCredit card, we do need the cardholder (person whose name is on the card) to be present. Applications for CareCredit can be filled out online, or in person during a visit, and you will be notified right away whether or not your application was approved. Payments using CareCredit cards can be made online as well, either by visiting our CareCredit payment page, or scanning this QR code below.
